The Belmont Law Review is no longer accepting submissions for Volume XIV (2026-2027). Submissions will open back up in February 2027 for Volume XV (2027-2028). Please contact blrsubmissions@belmont.edu with any further questions.

For Authors

The Belmont Law Review welcomes article submissions from professors and legal practitioners. The Belmont Law Review also considers note submissions from law students currently attending Belmont University College of Law or another law school. We prefer for submissions to be in Microsoft Word format. The Belmont Law Review strives to provide a thorough consideration to every submission.
